Bailiffing!

A large proportion of the membership subscription goes towards paying and equiping our professional bailiff force.

This well managed, dedicated group protect our fishing. In addition to full time and part time bailiffs, the association has appointed a number of volunteer bailiffs from the membership who may also ask you to show a permit.

Both the full time professional bailiffs and the volunteers carry warrant cards and are ratified by the Scottish Office. Please comply if you are asked to show your permit as it is a small price to pay to help protect our system from those who would seek to abuse it!
